Shipping Policy
Order Processing All orders are processed within 2 business days. During periods of high demand or when components are not in stock, processing times may be longer. You will be notified by email if there is a significant delay with your order. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 US states via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
International Shipping We ship internationally via DHL. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. S2i Audio has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at info@s2iaudio.com. so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
